Is it just me (probably) or do others find the labels "medium", "high" and "very high" confusing.  I get that the government doesn't want us to get too comfortable if we're in the bottom tier in case we go mad and run around the streets hugging everybody, but when I read "medium", I'm thinking Tier 2.  Could we not have a "low" even if there's nobody in it, just so the categories make more sense? (We could put Cornwall in it. Or Australia)

 

No, I thought not. Ah well ...
